A distinguished chartered accountant, Riona earned her qualification with PwC in 2011, and her illustrious career spans a decade in finance, with significant expertise gained from both the financial and mining services sectors. With 10 years of mining industry experience at Murray & Roberts, Riona is a key player devoted to elevating our finance function into a strategic business partner. Introducing Stephan Jansen van Vuuren, our Human Resources Director. Boasting 19 years of unwavering commitment to the Human Resources field, Stephan became an integral part of TAU Mining in 2022. His HR management journey encompasses diverse roles, notably as the Senior HR Manager: Operations, with a predominant focus on the Contract Mining Industry since 2010. Stephan's academic achievements include a B. Com degree in HR Management, augmented by a postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Labour Relations. His extensive experience, coupled with a sincere passion for collaborating with people, positions him as a dynamic leader poised to tackle challenges head-on. Within TAU Mining, Stephan leads our HR initiatives, dedicated to cultivating a positive and engaging workplace. Introducing Pavel Mahirka, the force behind TAU Mining's resilient supply chain. Joining us in 2020, Pavel assumed the role of Head of Supply Chain, bringing with him a wealth of experience and a multifaceted background in both public and private sectors. Starting as the Risk Manager, he demonstrated a comprehensive understanding of critical risk assessments. With an LLB and certifications from CIPS and IRMSA, Pavel emphasizes continuous professional development. Currently pursuing a Project Management program, he seamlessly integrates legal acumen with strategic supply chain leadership, focusing on best practices, process optimization, and predictive analytics. Pavel's strategic vision and diverse skill set contribute significantly to TAU Mining's operational success, ensuring innovation and excellence in the dynamic world of mining and resource management.

Mikhail Fritsler assumed the role of Chief Technology Officer at Tau Mining in June 2023, bringing with him two decades of expertise in the field of information technology. Prior to joining our team, he amassed a wealth of experience while working in Guinea, demonstrating his commitment to advancing technological solutions in diverse environments. Beyond his proficiency in IT, Mikhail possesses a comprehensive skill set that extends to the realms of economics and finance. Holding a bachelor's degree in the development, maintenance, and security of information systems, alongside another in economics, finance, and credit, he embodies a rare fusion of technical and business acumen. Mikhail's multifaceted qualifications equip him to optimize the performance of his department and excel in a variety of projects, reflecting his dedication to driving success in every aspect of our organization.

Katsiaryna Bayun, our Head of Legal, who joined our dynamic team in 2022. With over a decade of experience in the legal sector, Katsiaryna has seamlessly transitioned through various managerial and executive roles, bringing a wealth of knowledge to our organization. Prior to joining us, Katsiaryna served as the Executive Director of a prominent consulting company, showcasing her exceptional leadership skills. Her educational background is extensive, holding a Bachelor of Laws, Masters in Laws, and a Doctorate in Laws. Katsiaryna's journey has equipped her with a diverse set of skills, making her a valuable asset to our leadership team at TAU Mining.
